Sophie the Pomeranian loves everyone

My family adopted our dog Sophie a few years ago. She is a black and tan Pomeranian. It was our family's first AKC purebred dog. I didn't know much about purebred dog breeds, but I'm so glad we got a purebred dog.

Before we got her, I didn't think I was much of a dog person. But now I love her to death and I can't imagine not having her around. She was the cutest puppy in the entire world. She fit in my two hands, and she loved to frolic around in the grass.

Her head was so big that if she ran downhill, she would fall forward and tumble a little. She didn't care, though. She always seemed like she was having a lot of fun when that happened.

Sophie the Pomeranian loves everyone. She barks and spins in circles any time someone knocks on the door. Some of her favorite people are my grandma, my mother-in-law, and my little cousins.

Sophie also loves to go for rides in the car. Sometimes my sister and I will ask her if she wants to go for a ride, and she'll get all excited and will follow us around until we finally pick her up and take her somewhere.

Her favorite place to go is a frozen custard place. There are always a lot of people there for her to meet, and they all think she's super cute. She also likes to lick the melted custard off of the pavement. Yuck!

We have also taken her with us on errands like going to the bank. Everyone who sees her always thinks she's so cute and fuzzy. She loves to snuggle up in our laps and watch TV with us.

However, if we watch any television shows with dogs in them, she'll hear the barking and go nuts. She wants to protect our house from all of the other doggies. It's funny how fierce she acts for such a small, fluffy dog. I love her to death.
