My favorite dog breed of all time, my own Boxer

My favorite dog breed is the Boxer. Intelligent, inquisitive, intuitive, sensitive, and fun loving are just a few words to describe this faithful breed. My two year old Boxer is the love of my life!






Most days you will find him running in his one-acre yard. He loves to play, play, and play some more! True to his Boxer heritage, he "boxes" with his front feet to play. I watch in amazement as Baxter boxes a ball all over the yard. He is the most incredible soccer player! He will jump in the air to catch a toy, and can have the stuffing out of any stuffed animal in mere seconds flat.

It is amazing how strong and powerful his jaws are. You will find my handsome Boxer asleep in my bed every night. He snores and farts like a grown man, and takes up just as much space!

The Boxer is the best dog breed I've ever owned, or I should say has ever owned me. He is protective, yet sensitive. He is fearless, yet loving. My property is safe while he is on patrol. The slightest sound has him leaping out of the bed and to the window.

He allows my three cats to treat him like a sofa. You will always find one or two of them at a time asleep on top of him. He also likes to groom them, and he lets them do the same to him.

There are honestly no words to describe the love I have for my Boxer. There is nothing more fulfilling and rewarding than the love of a good dog, and I have found everything I could ever dream of in my Boxer.
